With nearly two decades in industrial real estate and construction, Jason has been directly involved in site acquisition, entitlements, design and tilt-up construction, tenant improvements, leasing, and ongoing property operations. He is known for honesty, clear judgment, and a calm approach to complex projects, aligning tenants, contractors, and public agencies around solutions that work for everyone.

Jason came up close to the work and still thinks like a builder, not just an executive. He understands the full lifecycle of an asset—from raw dirt and rail infrastructure to stabilized buildings and multi-year tenant relationships because he has lived each part of it. Colleagues and partners rely on him for practical constructability insight and dependable execution.

He brings a steady, people-first leadership style, pairing clear expectations with genuine respect for the trades, office staff, and professional partners who make projects succeed. Jason believes that doing what you say you’ll do, taking care of people, and keeping a long view are non-negotiables.
